Seeing as he used someone else's product for the initial pictures, then took months for delivery with no communication at all, do you think I have a chance of getting my money back? Best I'd hope to do is make people aware of his practices.

This is what we've been discussing, he requested that we pay by 'gift', so there is no claiming back the money. I've just had a reply from him on Facebook that just states 'thanks for the heads up', when asked about what he's going to do about the money he's stolen.

Nothing can be done by paypal if we have payed by gift (which we did at his request). PayPal won't be interested as we've cut them out of some profit by paying for goods the wrong way.

Time to contact his local police then? How much does he owe everyone here?

Sent a message to his Facebook alias asking him to update us here or refund, otherwise we'll be contacting his employer at Pepsi to get some answers.
