Hi all. Heres the situation, I have a late T2 gearbox, Golf Mk4 TDi engine and T3/T25 bellhousing.  What clutch plate will I require to work with T2 input shaft or what input shaft is required to work with the Golf clutch plate. I know this is an Early Bay forum but you have helped me out...

Hi all Just a quick ish question, I having a late T2 gearbox to be mated to a non pd 1.9TDi Golf engine - do I need the T25/T3 diesel bellhousing to make this work? Thanks in advance. Tony

Hi and thanks for the add to the forum. At present, haven't taken delivery of the bay but hope to do so in the next couple of month's currently having a transplant - scooby lump out VW in. As and when it lands it will be an ongoing project with many questions and hopefully many pics on the...
