    Finally found them, just received my Robert Bentley manual (£16 from ebay) and its all there . 72ft lb for the ball joints and 29ft lb for the set screw and lock nut if anyones interested.

    Thanks once again but cant see it listed there or in any other charts I have found, this must be quite a common procedure these days maybe people just tighten up and hope for the best ?

    thanks for responding, the ball joints at 72 sounds right but still need settings for the trailing arm hex bolts, these ones are important don't fancy loosing one on the motorway !

    Lemforder vs Meyle , which offers more travel on a lowered van as this is the main cause of wear ?

    Do these new buses have the standard torsion bar front beam with the king and linkpin setup ,if so would these run better lowered than ball joints ?

    I have heard of these, where can I get them as have not seen these advertised ? Also does any one have any tips for separating ball joints from the knuckle ( apart from the obvious brute force approach.)

    Hi thanks for responding. The vans been running lowered for about 20 years and the originals have lasted this long I just want to get some that will last as long as possible.

    BALL JOINTS ! Had an advisory last MOT for vertical play in upper ball joints, The vans been lowered for years so no surprise. Only want to change these once so need to know who makes the best ones ?
