    1303s gearbox in my bay

    Well yes, the type-1 gearbox is shorter than a bus box, and you need both the axels and bell housing to be in the same place in order to have the engine mount to line up! Jesper

    This is my bus I thought I show you some pics of my 68 bay. It has 944 brakes and early fuchs, and This winter it will receive a 2.2 flat six and a type-1 gearbox….. Jesper
