    Headlining

I thought it would be something like that. So did you buy something like this and then made it work? https://www.justkampers.com/vw-t2-bay-window-parts/interiors/headlining-kits-sunvisors/headliner-vw-t2-bay-1967-1971-perforated-vinyl-off-white.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Headlining

Hi All. I’m just wondering about headlining. My bus is having a top half resto and will need new headliner as old disintegrated! It’s a Devon pop top so am I right in thinking I can’t use an off the shelf kit? I guess the cab but is the same (?) but is the rear going to have to be...

    Loads of mags....

I remember when I was starting out, a few kind souls sent me copies of camper mags to get me started. They didn't charge - so kind! Well, now it is time to return the favour. I have too many to store and am having a clear out. There is a big pile that anyone can collect for free from Frome...

    Been reading ask about the issues of retractable rear seat belts for a rock and roll bed. Was wondering why fewer people seem to have used these... http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=280603511927&alt=web" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

    Sliding Door Woes

Had a little go today. Adjusted the height of the catch on the pillar at the rear of the door. I moved it up a little and then, with pulling in the rods behind the door card (quite hard) the latch pulls the door in and seems to hold it. Need to test properly tomorrow. At least this means that...

    Sliding Door Woes

All the pics have uploaded to that folder now. Took ages. Thanks Trikky2 I think you are right. The rear catch seems to work if you can trick it into operating when the door is not closed. But when the door is closed you can feel that the latch is simply not quite going around the part on the...

    Sliding Door Woes

Hi All, I am wondering if you can help. I am hoping to go camping in about ten days time and may not be able to go if I cannot sort out my sliding door! Basically, the door is a bad fit as it has been badly repaired at the bottom six inches and so this is in play. However, it has been like...

    Cycling - who does?

Cool thread. Decided I'd get a new bike after only having duff ones for years. Agonized over Road or mountain or hybrid and went Road in the end. So glad. I love it more than I expected. 1500 miles in under a year and wearing all the gear. Even on Strava and doing a sportive next spring...

    Sill Question

don't forget VW Heritage stock them as well. I used them and the outriggers/jacking points on my recent project and they really are top notch parts. Just make sure you degrease and paint them completly before you fit them. I like heritage and jk and their parts have a good Rep more recently...

    Sill Question

My welder chap said don't get the middle sill unless you find one for a fiver, otherwise it's easier for me to do myself. I'll follow his advice on this as we have a fixed price for fixed outcomes agreed. Sent from my GT-I9305 using Tapatalk 2

    Sill Question

Ta. I know I can ring and ask but it's that kind of independent advice that forums are great for. It also means I can order tonight and get a little ahead of the game. Anyone know what autocraft delivery times are like? Lee C - Lovely to hear of other good feedback about autocraft panels...
