    Hi Guys, Well that was a pretty bumpy ride with my health but i’m back in the game😉 Jumped in the bus and did a few longer roadtrips in Germany from north to south.

    Made a few wall art items from my original Licenseplate, tags, logo and old hubcab. Hubcab clock is in the style of a earlybay clock. Testing the water for the clock to make a few more!

    No not yet, i red somewhere that VWJIM offered a refill service?! Firetec is not existing anymore and the one that took it over tried to sell me a new system! I think with some connectors, valves etc. you can fill it whitout spilling foam, still have to figure that out.

    New engine has to brake in and compression increases as the bores get smoother en piston rings gave to bed in too.

    Hi, I’m sure this van be done, either mounting on the brackets with a awning rail, of just over the awning bag with some velcro staps atached to the flap of the drive away awning.

    Today i mounted my new ARB touring awning. The brackets are Thule T3 that need a little modification. Very chuffed!!

    Ok, what i do is thighten the pully nut after a few turns so the v-belt creeps higher and the front halve sits nice and straight before thightning the nut

    Mmmm.. it’s important to have a couple of shims between the 2 halves, the 2 halves need to rest against the shims!

    Hi Mike, that pully with the tabs is a og VW pully and these are perfect, i have the same they even balanced these!

    Thanks for the link but i found a used one overhere. I glued a 12 volt socket in there where the USB fits in. I upload the pic again.
