About 1 hour for my first design and around 15mins to make it look like someone else's specific bus (your wheels took a few mins longer) Corel draw is the package I use. Get a copy it is easy to use. To print and laminate them about 15 mins and then cut out by hand 5 mins. I'm gona have to wait...
