Hi All

If I wanted to fit 17" Porsche rims on my bay (1968 - standard ride height) what will I need to do......?

Has anyone done it?

Will it look silly!?

there are a lot of people running 17" rims on earlybays, the width and offset is the most important factor as it may push the wheel too far out and make it impossible to fit, rolling the arches can alleviate this. It also depends on how low your van is.

You will at least need the correct PCD stud pattern, EBs are 5x205, whereas Porsche wheels are 5x130, so you would need adapters to fit these wheels and they will also add to the width (track) so dont forget to take it into account.
