Adjustable springplates?

Does anybody know if late splitscreen adjustable springplates will fit a 71 bay?

I have a friend with some that are surplus to requirements they are for IRS but not sure the Torsion housing is diffrent?

Depends if the IRS conversion came from a bay window bus, and what year it was.
And early 71's are different to late 71's as well.

When you say late 71.. do you mean crossover mid 71?

The IRS conversion wasent completed, think they are transporthaus plates, they are new never fitted.

The number of splines changed during the 1971MY, probably around June/July in 1971, before the 1972MY started.
That's why adjustable springplates are listed as either 1968-71 or 1971-79.
