I know this has been spoken of in the past.
I have a us bus , clear indicator lense , so I need a orange bulb
I also need it to have the fixing prongs to be offset ( like in the pic )
Didn't really won't to paint my bulbs if I can get away with it.

Anyone know if these are available anywhere at the moment ?

Readily available apart from in Suffolk or my I pad

Been hunting again this morning ( halfords website interweb etc ) still can't find them

There's a small car shop in Bungay , I got hold of a load of conternental fuses there the other week , the chap recons someone travelled all the way from Ipswich the other day to buy some as not all car shops stock them ( which I found strange )

Anyway I'll try there , it is an Aladdins cave of bits !

There's always Ebay bud!!

Im sure they deliver to your neck of the woods

Thankyou

No worries, I'm thinking of changing to clear lenses on the front IOC mine and would have the same problem. Let me know if you buy them and they're the right ones :D

If you need assistance from this side of the pond I'd be glad to help out. May be too expensive to ship over but if you just can't seem to get the ones you need let me know.

Shiplee... I know the problem you are having, you are looking for a dual filament bayonet fitting.. I had the same problem finding them and gave up in the end, they are available from the USA, but I doubt you'll find them in the UK - I certainly couldn't.

In the end I bought C&C indicator lenses to accept a standard UK bulb... :|

US bus indicator housings are different to UK ones dude as they have a dual filament running light in there too which isn't present in UK housings...

I think Sparky was giving his usual sarcastic reply there guys.....he knows his VW's well enough
