Anyone know the correct offset and width of a early bay 14"

I'm trying to find out the correct offset and width of the factory fitted 14" steels that were fitted to the 1969 bays.
Was it 5.5j x et39?

Wide 5 are 5J x 14 with et 38, narrow 5 5.5J x 14 et 38.
