Bluebird customs full width bed foam sizes required

Hi, can anybody help me with the dimensions of the 3 pieces of foam I will need for a full width Bluebird Customs rock and roll bed. Thanks.

147 x 58 cm
147 x 47 cm

No more than 4inch thick foam
