Managed to finally get my csp kit fitted, just need to bleed the system through now, what would be the best brake fluid to use and how much do I need?

DOT4 is what you need. Think I bought two 250ml bottles and used about 350ml. This did all new pipes front to back, servo, and filled up the reservoir. of course if you have an air blockage or small leak somewhere and have to do some remedial work then you will quickly burn through more.

i carry the remaining 150ml - but remember it has a finite life when exposed to air, so the spare needs binning after 2 or 3 years. (which is a good timeframe to change the fluid in the brakes also)

I bought 5 litres of dot 4 cheaply enough off eBay (£17) delivered and used my eezibleed to thoroughly flush my system to eliminate any moisture and contamination (which is recommended every two years but who does  ) and I have a totally solid pedal, no spongy feel no chance of boiling the fluid now 8) totally worth it after fitting your discs
