Brake issue

Had the bus out a couple of times today ( runs up to the local tip) . On the second trip, it seems to have developed a "pulsing" rather than a "judder" t the pedal , under firm braking. Efficiency still seems OK , any thoughts please guys.

Is this on a drum brake or disc brake system.

sorry, shoulld have said, drum brakes all round.

Maybe there's a little bit of pitting on the drums where the shoes were, if the car has been standing for a while? Try if it goes away after a while.

Not moved her for about a month maybe more, so could be. I will try her again and see.

It could be inside a flexi ,as you are braking , it is having trouble pushing the fluid to the piston and back....

Go round after a journey and feel your hubs....

Also could be you master cylinder seals ,have a look...
