Yep - you've seen less than half - both sides were lined up and it went on probably half as much again. I looked at the tickets and spotted number 1176 - given there were not that many beetles, I suspect that there were around 1000 T2s.
One tip for next year - if you want to be in the main bit of Madeira drive, don't do the run from Epsom (although the start of that was the best bit for us).
Oh, and I wasn't keen on the little toe-rags trying the badges as they walked past the front of the busses.....
