Stupid klankenkrappen panels :evil: had to cut and add a bit to make it fit, spent all afternoon just trying to get it to fit. Come on someone please make some good quality arches :(

i find kicking them around the drive a few times then beat the crap out of them works :lol: :lol:
 
front arches- I take the door off, turn it upside down, tack weld the arch in place and cut and weld it back together. still looks pretty ****, but what can you do- they're cheap.
 
It's only the underneath where the bumper bolts to that's shot, so couldn't justify klassicfab or body cuts. The kronic krappen panel is about an inch too short in the middle, how could they get it so wrong ? Glad I used Autocraft for the battery tray.
 
When I was restoring my crossover had the same issues. tack welded at the rear they were about an inch short at the front. someone tried to tell me that the bus could have flexed with the arch removed and to wrap a ratchet strap around the a-post to pull it in. glad I never as the door would never have fitted. ended up using original late bay arches and cutting the internal step off
