Devon Cooker cleaning

Evening all, have tried all sorts of cleaners but the dirt and marks don't seem to shift! Can anyone suggest anything to get this back to its original state?

Plenty of elbow grease, cif, cillit bang, scotchbright and paint brush cleaner!
