Ayup,
Anyone brushed it on or used the aerosol cans? Any thoughts on it ? I'm ready for some underbody protection!

Yes - both. Easy to work with and gives good protection. Would recommend.

(Sprayed with compressor though so don't know what the aerosol cans are like).

Edit - last vehicle I did was last August. I do this in the summer when the vehicle and the product are hot - never tried it in cold weather.

I've applied the Dinitrol 4941 to both my bus and daily MX5. Sprays nicely even in October when it's not too warm outside. :)

This is about the only picture showing it, taken to show my gearbox conversion details

Excellent. Did you paint the chasis with owt first or straight onto what was there?

Dinitrol 445 on my underside, scrapped all the old VW under seal off first and a compressor was used.

That looks stunning, did you paint anything on first or just put the dinitrol on to the bare metal and factory paint etc

Basically straight onto the metal once the under seal was scrapped off...that's the worst part of the job. There were a couple of very minor rust areas underneath which were treated with rust converter (can't remember the exact product), then sprayed on. Cavities were done with a different Dinitrol product. There are a few photos at the bottom of the link showing before and after.
