Door rubbers

Hi

Have a LHD 69 deluxe and need advice on door/tailgate seals!

I have hunted around and seems that most places offer a cheap cab door seal at circa £20 and then a more expensive option at circa £45??

Can anyone recommend or advise? As surrey there must be some difference, yet if a seal is sold to fit and seal a door then presumably it does the job?

Any help/advice much appreciated?

Also are they easy to fit for a diy'er?

He sold me some high quality tailgate rubbers recently and the fit is great (nice, soft, grey rubber - not the hard, black stuff).
Worth the extra pennies IMO.

Don't scrimp on cheap rubbers, mine has them fitted by the previous owner and they're rubbish. You are probably only going to buy them once so buy best. VW Emporium ones are as good as OG.
