dont know mate tried to put pic up and cant but in the galery threads i put up pics of bus back home, thanks in advance

thanks but do the metal rods that hold roof up extend like a telescope

Yes they extend telescopically, and rely on a spring loaded catch to lock in and hold the pop top up  . If you are using yours for the first time, i suggest you use a plank of wood to act as a safety prop jus in case the catches are siezed.

Thanks for all the info. They must be seized.... whats the best way to get them working

cheers for the pics one more favour plz any chance of a measurement of poles fully open as will need to make up bits of pole till i can try and un seize them

If you can't unseize the telescopic rods with WD40 etc ,theres some on fleabay for sale at the moment.

Will try and remember to measure them when I'm out hacking haveacampers van up (sorry restoring) tonight

Didnt make it out to the barn last night, haveacamper is pretending to be ill. will try to remember tonight.

Right the top piece is 45cm from top hole to join with lower tube when fully extended (or 51cm from top hole to hole that retains it - latch hole)

Does that make sense? measurements for bottom bit I guess you can take from your existing one.
Looks like it might not be that ease to make yourself though due to latch, fittings for spring etc.

Thanks Loxy dont fancy renewing them so was going to cut a bit of pipe to hold roof in place
