Drop Spindles

Hi all,
I know there is probably a heap of threads about this but I need to act quickly with sound advise as my Lowie is getting a mild make over!
OK, 2.5 v's 3.0inch drop?? which is best in regards to stance and I believe the travel doesnt change!!
Who to buy them off??
I know we want UN-welded ones as welded ones are illegal.

The WagenWest welded drop spindles are 2.5" lower, and the Transporterhaus/T2D/Kleift and Klok, etc "flipped" spindles are 3.5" drop.

I ran the WW ones with an adjustable beam for years without a problem, can't comment on the "flipped" balljoint spindles as I've gone to a king and linkpin set-up.
