Did you pay cash or did you use a debit or credit card? If you used either of the latter two methods of payment then pursue either a chargeback with your bank in the case of a debit card payment or use Section 75 or the Consumer Credit Act to claim a full or partial refund from the credit card company as they are also liable for ensuring goods or services are provided to a satisfactory standard.
