I've used Heat Resistant Lacquer from Motip (up to 650°C)

Today we removed the old rusted exhaust and we will install a newone.
But we saw something we didn't expected.....
The right pipe of the heat exchanger is damaged(holes) by rust...
Now we need to renew them also....expensive part....
:-(

yesterday we've stripped the exhaust....so now it's ready for some new paint and we hope it will last longer .....

also fixed the heat exchanger problem with a new piece of pipe and some RTV SILICONE sealant....

we need to redo some wiring....

new exhaust / sprayed black

wheels repainted....

installed some vdo-meters
