The time on the forum is showing 7:05pm. Is anyone else's out?

Yes the forum appears to be about 11minutes fast by my clock

You need to go into the user control panel at the top right of the page and set your clock.

How do you set it? I only get the option for timezone?

You should set it to "[UTC] Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time" and the "Summertime/DST is in effect" button to yes.
The server clock is about 9 minutes out though.

The server clock seems to have been reset 8) it was 15min out for me
