Exhaust fumes

Help have changed heat exchangers on my 68 bay but still get fumes at junctions and idle at stop signs, all is ok when travelling at normal speed any suggestions.

Exhaust leak sucked into engine Bay? check all seals in place
they do smell for a little bit when new
