Guess you mean the 3/4 glass, rear side ..

Thats the ones I found the worse.

Deffo a 2 man job .. decend cord .. I used tent guide rope, the nylon type..

2 men, lots of pushing .. and being brave! .. they really need a good push.

Also I used the suction glass grabber handles on the inside to help.

Good luck

I took out my 3/4 and chucked them for full length glass

The two rear side ones were the worst.

Took over an hour each side, 3 goes each and lots of fairy liquid and swearing.

And there's me and Rob hoping there was a magic trick or shortcut we didn't know about :( Bummer - got the front bay glass in thinking that would be the worst, evidently not

I think "bravery" might be the key

If anyone has any other advice/tips it would be gratefully received.

The fixed rear side windows in my van were a nightmare, the glass was really bending!, knackered my hands thumping it in.

I've just done the rear sides in my brothers van, one solid and one 3/4 with q/light and they were so easy it wasnt true!

My window rubbers were from Status at the time, these came from C and C, I can only think they must be the difference?

I use glass cleaner as a lubricant, its harmless and evaporates/dries out. Washing up liquid contains salt and will stay in there.
