Front light glass

This might sound a stupid question but I'm looking at getting new headlight glass for my bus and it's a LHD, do I replace with LHD glass or rhd glass as I'm mainly using the bus in the uk?
Also should the glass just lift out from the chrome rim and the new one go in?

Makes sense to use rhd lenses, they are held in with clips,pretty straightforward really.

My left hand us ones were sealed units, had to change the whole things when a bulb went. Go for the conversion mate, if you have left hand lights, I'm pretty sure it's an mot fail if noticed!
