If you haven't already been in touch directly just drop us an email with the photos that show that the clips won't fit and your details then we'll be able to check that you got the right ones, or sort out a replacement / refund / whatever needs to happen. Roger is our customer services manager, so if you do give us a call it's him you need to speak to (there's also an Alex here at JK, but he's not here this week if you did want to speak to him!)
