Hey guys, i dont know why i dont know this, but i dont

What would happen if the back outlets from the heat exchangers (the ones that come up into the rear by the rear arches/under the bed) were to be blocked up?

Would it cause the front dash vents to blow harder or would it cause to much back pressure on the exchangers and cause some sort of miss fire etc?

I havent a ******* clue

should just be like when the underseat vents are switched off i.e. shut

Hey Easy, as you know, mine is a converted panel so dosen`t have the rear vent access ports or whatever they are called. Blocking them off is a great idea and will provide more heat to the cab area, blocking the walkthrough vent will also add to it. The only thing I would make sure you do ,, is to block them off with something made of a similar sized pipe so that you maintain the airflow to the front and not just patch them over with flat pieces that would impede your airflow.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,, Baked bean tins and Tiger seal perhaps  Maybe not

Awesome thanks dooders! i will be blocking these off like a fiend! 8)

I blocked mine off because the Propex sits under the Westy bed, there's a little bit more air comes through the screen vents.
Other than that, no difference.

What did you use to seal yours off dooder?

Any good ways of sealing them off out there? i was going to use some aluminium and exhaust aluminium tape?
