Hi Early Bay Owners

Hi guys my name is Dave Young i am part of the Moor Music Festival team, me and one of the organizers are both proud owners of early Bay campers, a 1968 Panel Van and a1970 Dormobile.

The Moor Music Festival is in its 4th year and is growing rapidly, the location is Ilkley Moor West Yorkshire..
The date is 7th 8th 9th August
The festival has just featured in the Guardian newspaper in the top 20 small U.K festivals, the line up for 2008 is awesome, acts including The Utah Saints, Long Blondes and Forward Russia plus many more will be performing..

The Moor Music Festival is child friendly and we have a kids tent providing fun activities.

We are currently developing the festival to incorporate our love of VW's and the people who drive them, so this year we are planning to hold a Show and Shine Competition at the festival.

We are looking for entrants who would be willing to bring their VW's to show, we can offer FREE weekend festival tickets and a secure area to camp etc to entrants....

I wouldn't be dissapointed with a low turnout of VWs as there are so many shows this year (70+) that most owners have to pick and choose their weekends. But i hope you have success and sounds like a nice gig 8)

Sounds good mate. The Thursday start date might be a problem for some. I like the sound of this but West Yorkshire is quite a drive for me but will give it some thought.
