Thought I'd mention that I finally decided to ditch the overpriced BOC Argoshield and try an independant vendor with no annual rental. I went through Adams gas and picked up a 9L 95% CO2 5% Argon bottle last week, much smaller than the size x BOC job but at £36 for a refill and no bottle rent (£55 deposit on the bottle) it will save me money after a year already.
The new BOC offer of a smaller bottle at less rent is still rubbish IMHO, this is a better deal.
