I love this comment by a VW expert ( )

Everyone knows Porche engines fit VW vans, so nothing new there...

I'd say the big black 996 based splitty has a reasonable ride height ;)

My van will go lower when my student loans means I can afford some dropped spindles ;) And I'm keeping my chubby tyres, give a better ride quality ;)

are you tubbing it out Jim? sounds like your gonna get alot of rubber aroma as your bus is already low :)

Tubbing may be necessary :D

At the moment I've still got about 2" of clearance on the stock tubs, so I may raise the beam up a tiny bit and get a better quality ride...

Who am I kidding?

If I tub it, I'm not sure how drastic it will be due to the narrowed beam. It might not interfere with the seat runners too much...

one day...... :D

Tow Caterham to track day with van.....go out and go faster on-track in van....
