I amin the process of replacing my heat exchangers and I noticed that the [po] has cut 1/3 off the bump stop, possibly to lower it.

Is it safe to leave it like this or not :?: :?:

I assume you mean the rubber bump stop for the rear which is stepped in three stages. If so I have cut mine down by 2/3 and it still reacts fine....but as usual, the germans designed it like it was for a reason, so if you are worried fit some new ones, it will take 2 minutes as they just push on.

my vans lowered and bump stops cut down. Its not worring me :lol: So think it will be fine
