Hello, I would like to know if Simons early Bay is still for sale?

To cut a long story short, I am selling my 57 Split, as I would like something more practical for the family.

I want to stay air-cooled, and an early bay may be the way forward.

Can someone please let me know if Simons Bay is still for sale?
