Lowering a camper?

HI I have the front beam out of the camper its been cleaned and sand blasted but before i have it powder coated
I want to fit a pair of cb adjusters to it has any one got any step by step instrutions on how to do it :lol: Please :lol:

Thanks for that. So before i cut the slot in the beam i have to knock the center retainer out of the way first. :?: :? :lol:

the best way i found to lower my bay was to pay someone else to do it :lol:
