After some good advice from the knowledgeable folk of this parish, we didn't pursue the van I asked about a couple of weeks ago. The more we found out, the less suitable it was for a Swiss import/registration. We've now seen another van, great looks, solid MoT history, even includes a Labrador (it's in the photos and Mrs Apollo can dream). We have the same issue as before though, we're about 800 miles as the crow flies away from it. Can anyone recommend a garage or mechanic in the Bicester/Milton Keynes area who offer an inspection service? I need to know if it is still original spec, and to check that there are no hidden horrors under the shiny exterior. We would need some work doing in the UK, if we decided to go for this one, if only to get a metric speedo, before we'd import it, so any recommendations for a garage in the area would be apreciated.
