Field of Dreams will be our first meaty show following the veggie debut at Skeg Vegas. So I thought I'd share what I had for tea tonight as we were sampling some of the menu, unfortunately for me I had to eat two of these ;)

A quarter pounder burger made with 100% steak mince, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tomato relish and gherkin in a white bun.

And this is the veggie option

Unfortunately not, was planning to but going to a music festival in Cambridge instead, with the bus though :)

If you are lucky enough to see Adam and Hannah's set up at an event you really must pop by and sample their menu. Beautifully prepared fresh whilst you wait and top quality ingredients.

Stopping by was one of the rare highlights of the Field of Dream event this weekend.

I have an idea for you which England misses out on.

White toasted soda bread buttered, then inside you, have sausage, egg and bacon or whichever combination. Soda can be fried for authenticity if you would like a heart attack.

Or my own lunch recipe...Belfast pizza © ™®

Lightly toasted white soda, layer of tomato pasta sauce, mozzarella, sliced tomato, oregano on top...melt under grill, watercress on side to make it look good. :)

Can vouch for the breakfast wrap as had one last weekend... mmmmmmm 8)

Hope trade picked up later :D

Veggie burger looks nice :)

Are you going to be doing more veggie stuff?? Or even vegan??

We did a full veggie menu at SkegVegas but unfortunately it didn't sell particularly well, I guess it's a much smaller client base. We intend to carry on with at least one veggie option at each show though and will always try to make this a vegan option as well. Hannah works as a catering tutor and co-ordinator in a college which serves only veggie food so she has a few good recipes :)

The soda bread looks good! I think we might have to try that one out and see if we can offer anything like that, we don't have a grill yet though.....
