I like how he says "nice project for some keen person". That's an understatement.
 
There is some useable stuff on that still. Pop tops all there, possibly the double bed up there too.
Unscrupulous people may even want the tags as it looks like a 72 built 73...

He's stripped the jeebies out of it, it's rusted beyond salvation and he's trying to sell it as a project?????

I've seen more solid barndoors. As Mattyd said, the pop top is probably the only thing worth salvaging. He would get more if he stripped it off cleaned it up and sold it on it's own. My 2 pence!
