I have a brand new, in the box(es), Outwell Monterey 5 tent for sale. Also included is a used 3 times, a side extension, (useful for cooking outside when raining or leaving your muddy boots) & a footprint groundsheet in excellent condition. Selling as we need to downsize. Look at the Outwell website for pitching instructions. It has steel poles, so really good in wet, windy weather. A very strong comfortable tent.
