porsche wheels on wide 5 hubs how???

what options do i have to fit some porsche fuchs to my early bay, front is gonna be 944 disc conversion.
But how can i make the rear wheels fit the wide 5 hub.

for the rear you can take late bay (5x112) en re- drill to 5x130.

I think this is maybe how its gonna get done, them crazy boys at T2d are sorting it for me anyway.
