RHD 71 earlybay

I am thinking of selling my earlybay, i dont really want to sell it but i have just brought a house,
Its a 1971 devon convertion earlybay,
being the "71" model it benifits from having front disc brakes,
its been slightly lowered and its on stadard wheels whith white wall incerts, it has a mondo exhaust system,
full width rock and roll bed, buddy seat, origional cooker and a skim board table, the front seat have been re-trimed to match the van,
i have owned the van for around 14 months now and have spent a fair bit of money on the van,
