I need to buy some more seals from the Volksworld show and have read that JK ones are not good.

My question is, which are the best seals to buy? I need some window, door and sliding door ones.

Cheers

Si.

I bought a slider and drivers door seal from Custom and Commercial and they fitted really well and the doors shut well too, no leaks.
The JK ones that were on the bus when I bought it were terrible, couldnt shut either door properly.
Make sure you buy the best German ones.

Status VW seem to be the generally accepted "kings" of seals ;)
(although I should point out that I have never bought any from them or anyone else for that matter  )

Status would be my call, speak to Berkley...I'm sure you can get a bit of discount too. Let me know what you want and i will try to get a decent price for you.

Have you had any problems with the fitting?

you've just answered your own Q....

?????????????? The seals seem great, once fitted. They were however a BUGGER to fit!

I have heritage door seals on my van. The front 2 doors are completely different seals in the kit, one closes nice, the other is crap. The sliding door seal had to be trimmed down in thickness to get the door to shut. I haven't been out in the rain yet, so dunno how good any of them are.

I couldn't fit my windows with the Jk seals, so Justin at Custom & Commercial supplied some more. They went in ok.

Status cut me a good deal on a bulk lot (everything for the bus)

It worked out cheapest deal as well.
