Sills - Inner / Middle - Who does the best ones?

Hi - I am after inner and middle sills (without sliding door track) to make bottom inch repair sections from. I have looked at Schofields / VW Heritage and Custom and Commercial web sites / catalogues and there is quite a variation in price.

Also - am I correct in saying that the middle sill is a thicker gauge than the inner / outer sills IE about 1.6mm versus 0.9mm?

Would very much appreciate your advice / experiences
