started work on my 71 bay two weeks ago i bought it 2 years ago and to be honest it didn't look that bad.
my mate rick said are your sure you want to start it :|
repairing and replacing rear underside of front wheel arches THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT :evil:
after removing rear wheel arches rick said we need to remove belly pans that had been welded. :x
Hell we found the mother of all patch on patch on patch welding :cry:
the cross members where nackered
heating pipe had rusted away with the insulated cover still round it! PS the heating still worked!

since then life has become a bit of a grind (joke)
replacing beam sections outriggers i know every replacement part.

Alan Schofields is now the new tesco's. I'm there at least once a week!

Thinking of doing a DVD! Campervan bloody crisis :evil:
will add some pics of the work when i get all the zink spray off my iphone.
