Hi!

Well, we all know the standard change is a little stiff and notchy over the years, mine too, and still have the gearchange urethane bush sitting waiting to be changed, so for a little bling, i went for a pool ball gearknob from:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pool-Ball-Gear-Knob-for-VW-T2-Bay-Bus-Camper-All-Colors_W0QQitemZ400017825666QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item5d22eb9f82&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C72%3A1683%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Fits perfect, looks nice, and is a good size and feel, and the added weight actually helps my slightly notchy gearchance feel smoother. So for well less than a tenner posted, i am a very happy bunny!
Or you can have a cueball, nice retro white for 4 quid posted! Bargain!!

And i will get round to changed the rest of the bushes sometime........ ;)

Cheers!

Alistair
