Speedo on a 68

Hi .
My Speedo is kaput. There is only half a needle left and this just spins around after fitting a new cable. I am on the hunt for a replacement Speedo but need to know if a 68 one is unique to that year or are later early bay years the same. Thanks

68's are one year only, the mileage counter is below the needle, not above it as on 69's onwards.

Iv got one with a snapped needle which may or may not work, if youre anywhere near or going to bustypes you can have it.

Might be useful for parts or something?
