Tyre help

I ordered a set of Hankook RA08 tyres for my westy as they have been recommended a few times as being good for a heavier campervan.

What's arrived is a set of RA18 Vantra tyres instead. They are the correct size and spec 185R14 C 102 (8 Ply rating)

I'm being told these are the new version of the RA08's. If so, how come both tyres are for sale then?

I have searched the net and can't really find an answer. :?:

Does anyone know if these RA18 tyres are as good as the RA08's ?

Don't know about those tyres in particular but the 102 load rating will be fine. Can't really go wrong with Hankook either.

Ditto for Hankooks. Got over 35 000 miles from a set on our Kia Sportage!
