Velvet Green Bay

My 68 EB is velvet green and says on the M code plate that it was a special order is it rare or just normal?

Hi.
According to TheSamba, Velvet green was only a standard colour on commercials (panel van, single cab or double cab).
If your bus is a standard microbus or a delux, I think it would be a special order to have it in velvet, as L610 Delta was the only green standard colour for microbusses.

This is the only thread I've ever really seen about this color and bays. My 68 poptop westy is OG velvet green too.
