Would anyone like to take on the organisation of Early Bay Camping and a Line Up? I'll be still on holiday, so unable to attend, but weve had good line ups (and best Club Display Awards!!) in the past.

Hoping to make this Mike but maybe not best placed to sort out camping/lineup etc as im away until the day before and web connection while im away cannot be trusted im affraid.
Looks like this might be all for one and one for all.

I'll be happy to help. I sorted out the camping spot last year with Mr Burrows.

I think they need 10 to commit to make a line up or camping worthwhile.

I thought this would have been well attended with many not doing Vanfest?

Yep I'm up for this, not sure I'll have a bus on the road at that time either but can live in hope!!

I have just got of the phone to Mr.BB and he hasput us by a plot for 10 units

He also asked me to see if we can put up a line up for the Saturday or Sunday, or both. 8)

He also ask me to tell EVERYONE that it will not be a problem getting into the show. He knows how many advance tickets he's sold and how many he's got left on the gate.
Everyone will get in. He give me his word...

So who's in for what?????

Im coming up for the weekend. Cant say yet as i will be in EB camping as im staying with mates. Might be up for the line up if its Saturday (need to get off Sunday so cant hang around then.)

il be there but mabee sleeping in the vito . unless i can be arsed to do the rear wheel bearing on the bus.looks like people are giving this a miss this year??

Check the weather agian fella. Just watched the news and checked the web. 23-26 for friday and saturday for that neck of the woods. I know they have been known to get it wrong but if they are right and im sat at home in Devon ill be well sad.
Been on for this one all year now and the weathers never put me off before. Have a great weekend what ever you decide to do fella.

I really hope that it holds for you m8. I have just seen the long range forcast on Sky. It going to rain from Saturday PM right through to Sunday.
No ones camping in the EB pitch. No line up. Lots of rain
