Just ordered a pair of these as well (just over £290 delivered). Don't know If I'm going to get hammered with duty on these.

i had to pay on my head liner,he said if it had gift on it or present,then you would not get charged

isn't the invoice on the outside so they can see the value :? so you need some one to take it off over there and wrap it up in xmas paper :lol:

they open everything over £18 now, new policy. I haven't had one thing in the last 3 months get through customs without being charged

The handling fee is optional isn't it? My understanding is that they can ask you to pay it - but they can't make you!!

ive stood there and point blank refused to pay it until they could show me some detail or proof of how this was calculated, they would not turn the item over without payment of it. ....they say "we pay it for you so you get your package quicker" bollox

basically i ordered these in the middle of june
they were ready for shipping at the beginning of july... but it seems they havent bothered to just pop em in a box and get them sent....

last email i had last week said they were still sitting in the shop?!?!?!

i took time off work before dubs at the castle to get them fitted...
i have taken time off work again this week in the hope to get them fitted....

still nothings turned up......
wasting my flooking time... and theyve had my cash nearly 2 months!

they prob weren't ready for shipping when said.........Nate had a break in the middle of that period too 9th to 20th july

He is very busy not that I'm defending him but I think he is at the expansion point now where he needs more staff/machines to keep up.

I do get you - I have a bus waiting at Cali, I wanted dropped spindles and bustangs - Nate said he couldn't get either to CA by when I needed them.......which is a shame

yeah....he emailed to tell me about the break they were having....which was decent of him.... but the spindles were ready before then....

im not knocking him.... small businesses have to start somewhere i spose.....
